Registration and Payment for 2004 SOFT/ TIAFT Meeting:

Payment for the 2004 Joint Meeting of SOFT and TIAFT must accompany on-line registration. Register on or before May 3, 2004 for a discounted registration and a free 2004 FBI/SOFT/TIAFT t-shirt. On-line registrations will only be allowed until August 1, 2004. After that date, only on-site registration will be available.

The presenting authors of all posters and presentations will be required to register for the meeting.

Registration Cancellation:
Registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of $75 (US) administrative fee if cancellation is received in writing on or before July 1, 2004. No refund will be made after this date, but all conference documentation will be sent to the registrant.

SOFT/TIAFT Members and Non-Members Registration:
Member and non-member registration fee includes: admission to the scientific sessions, conference materials, two (2) continental breakfasts, six (6) coffee breaks, Welcoming Dinner Reception, Elmer Gordon Forum, two (2) lunches, Tourmobile pass for the Tour of the National Mall, Dinner Reception at the National Museum of Natural History, and Dinner Reception & Dance.

Student Registration:
Student registration fee includes: admission to the scientific sessions, conference materials, two (2) continental breakfasts, six (6) coffee breaks, and one (1) lunch. Proof of student status must be provided upon check-in.

Accompanying Persons Registration:
Accompanying Persons registration fee includes: Welcoming Dinner Reception, Elmer Gordon Forum, tour to Mount Vernon and Old Town Alexandria, one (1) lunch, Tourmobile pass for the Tour of the National Mall, Dinner Reception at the National Museum of Natural History, and Dinner Reception & Dance.

Exhibitor Additional Registration:
One exhibitor registration is included with each registered booth. Exhibitor registration fee includes: admission to the scientific sessions, conference materials, two (2) continental breakfasts, three (3) coffee breaks, Welcoming Dinner Reception, Elmer Gordon Forum, and one (1) lunch.
