We need your help to make the SOFT 2013 meeting a huge success!
Volunteering is a great way to meet new people and show your support for the SOFT organization. Consider the following ways you can get involved:
- Assemble the meeting bags and workshop material before the conference
- Work the Registration Desk
- Deliver workshop materials to designated Sign In areas
- Sign in workshop attendees
- Help with Poster presentations
- Assist with the Silent Auction
- Assist with the Karla Moore Memorial Fun Run/Walk
- Assist with the Student Enrichment Program
- Assist with meeting social events
- Assist the IT Coordinators
Please email Theresa Hippolyte or Liz Zaney and indicate your interest and available times that you are able to commit to helping out. Your participation is very important to us and to the success of our meeting. If your plans change and you are no longer able to participate, let us know ASAP in order to make adjustments to the schedule.
