 Registration Rates and Inclusions 

Registration Rate Increases:
Early Bird Rate: June 26 - September 11
Late Rate: Begins September 12
Onsite Rate: Begins October 10

Accepted Payment Forms

SOFT offers several payment options for meeting attendees and can accommodate group payments if needed. Please see below for your payment options: 

  • Personal Credit/Debit Card: You may complete payment when you register for SOFT with a credit/debit card. The final page of registration will allow you to enter your card information. Once processed a receipt will be emailed to you. 
  • Company Credit/Debit Card: You may complete payment with a company credit/debit by selecting "Invoice Me" on the final page of registration. An invoice will be created and emailed to you. Please have your Agency/Company complete our Credit/Debit Card Authorization Form and email it to CC Watson for processing. 
  • Purchase Order: SOFT will accept a purchase order for an individual or group registration. Please send your Purchase Order Number and any related documentation to CC Watson.
  • Group Payment: SOFT will accept a group payment for meeting registration. We are unable to provide a group invoice but payment may be provided for a group with any of the above payment options. Please contact CC Watson to arrange for a group payment for your meeting attendees.
  • Check: You may mail a check to the SOFT office: SOFT – Attn: CC Watson, 1955 W Baseline Rd., Suite 113-442, Mesa, AZ 85202. Please include the attendee’s name on memo.

SOFT Payment Policy

Payment for SOFT 2024 is due by Friday, October 4, 2024.You may complete your payment with Credit/Debit card, Check, Purchase Order, or Group Payment. If your payment is not received by October 4, 2024, your registration may be subject to cancellation.
