Ready to get moving for a cause? Lace up and join us in Portland for SOFT's Annual Fun Run/Walk. It’s a great way to kickstart your day, connect with colleagues, and support the American Cancer Society in memory of Dr. Karla Moore.

Standard Rate: July 15-September 8, 2026
Onsite Rate: Begins September 9, 2026

Payment Information

SOFT offers several payment options and can accommodate group payments. Payment for SOFT-TIAFT 2026 is due by Wednesday, August 12, 2026. Registrations not paid by this date may be subject to cancellation.

  • Personal Credit/Debit Card: Enter your card information at the end of registration; a receipt will be emailed once processed.

  • Company Credit/Debit Card: Select "Invoice Me" during registration, a copy of your invoice will be emailed to you. A link to pay will be included on the invoice. 

  • Purchase Order: Email your PO number and documentation to the SOFT Office.

Refund Policy

We understand plans can change. Please review our refund policy below.

Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email SOFT-TIAFT 2026 Refund Request.

Refund Schedule

  • On or before July 14: Full refund minus $50 administrative fee
  • July 15-August 12: 50% refund
  • After August 12: No refunds

Additional Refund Information

  • No refunds for no-shows.
  • Substitutions are allowed at no cost. Please contact the office to make a substitution.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days of approval.
