Membership Sponsorship Information

Members of the Society of Forensic Toxicologists (SOFT) may sponsor individuals applying for membership or requesting a membership promotion. If you are a Full Member in good standing or an academic advisor, you are eligible to serve as a sponsor.

To sponsor an applicant, please complete the following form:

A copy of your completed form will be automatically sent to the applicant, who must upload it as part of their membership application.

Sponsorship Requirements by Membership Type

Important Notes:

• Applicants must secure all required sponsors before submitting their application.
• All sponsors must be current Full Members in good standing.
• Student applicants may obtain a sponsorship from either a Full Member or their academic advisor.
